Shipping & Returns

As all straps are made upon order, the processing time for each order is 2 to 7 working days before they are ready to be shipped. All orders placed after 1400 hours (GMT+8) will be processed on the next working day. A separate shipping notification email along with the tracking number will be sent once your order is shipped.

Shipping & Delivery

Domestic (Singapore):
-All orders enjoy complimentary Singapore Post Registered Mail, delivery takes 2 to 3 working days.
-Orders above $50 have an additional option of complimentary QXpress Delivery, delivery takes 1 to 2 working days. Flat rate charge of $2 for QXpress Delivery on orders below $50. 

International:
Standard Shipping
-Orders above $50 enjoy complimentary Standard Shipping (inclusive of tracking). Flat rate charge of $5 applicable for orders below $50.
-Asia, Australia and New Zealand: Orders will be sent via Singapore Post Registered Mail and delivered by your national postal service, delivery takes 5 to 10 working days, subject to customs clearance.
-Rest of the World: Orders will be sent via DHL Globalmail and delivered by your national postal service, delivery takes 4 to 18 working days, subject to customs clearance.

Express Shipping (Selected Countries Only)
-Orders above $350 enjoy complimentary Express Shipping via DHL Express and takes 2 to 5 working days.
-For orders below $350, express shipping charges applies and varies dependent on country. 

-Delivery estimates are approximate and not guaranteed. Please note that all custom charges, taxes and duties will be borne by recipient. Kindly check with your respective customs office for more information.
-During festive season, please allow additional days for delivery.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, all returned mail due to inaccurate shipping address are liable for redelivery charges.

Responsibility of mail in transit belongs to the shipping company, The House Of Straps will not be liable for lost or damaged mail in transit. 

 

Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns and exchanges as every strap is made upon your order specifications.

In the event that we have made a mistake with your order, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order via email. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and will rectify any mistakes as soon as possible.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
