Shipping & Returns

 Alert: All orders placed from 15.01.2019 to 22.01.2019 will be processed on 23.01.2019 (GMT+8).

As all straps are made upon order, the processing time for each order is 2 to 5 working days before they are ready to be shipped. All orders placed after 2.00pm (GMT+8) will be processed on the next working day. A separate shipping confirmation email along with the tracking number will be sent once your order is shipped.

Shipping & Delivery

Domestic (Singapore):
-All orders enjoy free Singapore Post Registered Mail, delivery takes 2 to 3 working days.
-Orders above $50 have additional option of free QExpress Delivery. Flat rate charge of $2 for QExpress Delivery on orders below $50.
*With the upcoming festive season, please allow additional days for your parcel to be delivered.

International:
-All orders above $50 enjoy complimentary Standard Shipping (inclusive of tracking). Flat rate charge of $5 applicable for orders below $50.
-Asia, Australia and New Zealand: Orders will be sent via Singapore Post Registered Mail and delivered by your national postal service, delivery takes 5 to 10 working days, subject to customs clearance.
-Rest of the World: Orders will be sent via DHL Globalmail and delivered by your national postal service, delivery takes 4 to 18 working days, subject to customs clearance.
-Delivery estimates are approximate and not guaranteed. Please note that all custom charges, taxes and duties will be borne by recipient. Kindly check with your respective customs office for more information.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, all returned mail due to inaccurate shipping address are liable to shipping charge for redelivery. Responsibility of mail in transit belongs to the shipping company, The House of Straps will not be liable for lost or damaged mail in transit.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns and exchanges as every strap is made upon your order specifications.

In the event that we have made a mistake with your order, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order via email. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and will rectify any mistakes as soon as possible.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
