Limited Run. Tumbled in a wooden drum at the end of the tanning process, the shells are softened with a matte, textured look. Due to its organic nature, they can vary in the tumbled look within and across shells.

Using the renowned Horween Shell Cordovan that is highly regarded as the finest leather, the strap is saddle stitched by hand for durability with an added visual element.

Found on the posterior of an equine, Shell Cordovan has highly desirable qualities such as the non-creasing characteristic, the lustre and its ability to develop a great patina over time.

Worn by German pilots in World War 2 where the bund pad separates the watch from the wrist to protect against extreme temperatures, the bund pad is unlined with a thickness of 1.5-2.0mm and has a rounded profile with slits where straps can be easily attached on.

The lining on the underside of the strap uses the same Tumbled Shell, this makes it extremely supple and offers flexibility and comfort when worn. Sides of the leather are smoothed and hand burnished for a polished look.

With a thickness of 2.5mm to 3.0mm, the strap wraps around the wrist comfortably with minimal bulk.

Paired with a removable stainless steel tang buckle, the strap comes with a fixed and floating leather keeper.
